Honorary Officers and Executive Committee
The Walpole Society is a registered charity (registration
number 270280) and is governed by a set of Rules adopted
at the Annual General Meeting held on 17 September
1997. Members of the Executive Committee, whose members
are the trustees of the charity, are elected for a
term of five years. The Honorary Officers serve five
years and are available for immediate re-election.
